Giving Away 200 Special Invite Codes For EPIX's New Movie Streaming Service

Epix (Updated: Codes are now gone. None left.) Thanks to the folks at EPIX, I have 200 free invites codes to give away for anyone who wants to try out the online portion of their new movie service. While EPIX is giving out a limited number of 72-hour codes via their website, the codes I have will give you access to their online movie catalog for 30-days. All you need to do is send me an email asking for a code but you MUST be based in the U.S. or they won't work. Anyone who Retweets or links to my earlier blog post (http://retwt.me/1Jsp6) about EPIX's new service will get two invite codes.

I visited your blog for the first time and just been your fan. Keep posting as I am gonna come to read it everyday. Thanks for this great post here.

Hey I've already tried EpixHD with a 72 hour invite and it was AMAZING. I've retweeted your post, and I hope you can send me the invites. Thanks!

I tried it. The quality was good. Although for what claimed to be a 2Mbps stream, it looked a little "blocky" and low quality. Watching on my 15" Macbook screen. I could only imagine how it would look on a 50" screen.

The service was easy to use and quick to start. Although I don't like the interface. I don't like how all you have to look at is a box cover. If you point to the image, then the Title appears. It would be better if there was the plain text below the box cover along with a small description. It's hard to know what movie it is based on looking at a box cover.

Their selection of movies was small, I assume it will get better. The only thing I saw on there I wanted to watch was Cloverfield. Any of the newer movies listed were "coming soon". Disappointing. I'll just keep downloading movies off the web!
