concurrent users, bitrate, storage...how I would love to be able to manage all that myself...now for that bandwidth problem :(. Count me in!

Hi Dan, My video sharing site could really use this product. Certainly can't afford to buy it outright so this appears to be the best shot at getting access to the technology.
My bid is in, the rest is left up to the online video gods. Thanks Adobe for doing this. I'll keep my fingers crossed on January 25th.
